La fontaine de la croix
Dite de la croix ou de la place neuve. Elle a du être édifiée lors de l’aménagement de la place et en remplacement de la colonne de pierre surmontée d’une croix laquelle se trouve actuellement au cimetière. Composée à l’origine de trois colonnettes accolées portant l’une l’inscription liberté, la deuxième égalité, et la troisième fraternité et coté conque : « fontaine du 14 juillet ». Elle est l’œuvre d’un artiste local Clément JEAN. Un bassin semi circulaire disparu en 1936 lors de l’adduction d’eau au village servait d’abreuvoir aux chevaux du quartier.

The fountain of the cross
The fountain of the cross is also entitled the fountain of the New Square. Replacing the stone column with a cross on its top, the fountain may have been built when the square was rearranged. It is composed of three columns where the word of the French motto is written on each of it. The real name of the fountain is : fountain of the 14th of July. Date of the French Revolution. The fountain was made by a local artist named Clement Jean. It used to have a small tank used by horses to drink.
